Six Week Yoga and Meditation Course

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until 14/02/2018
A short course exploring yoga posture through meditation and relaxation. Each session will comprise a series of gentle yoga postures, breathing and meditation.
This course will aim to deepen our awareness. We shall be sensitive to our experience, both physical and mental, and this approach will lead naturally into some specific meditations. It will include an emphasis on the value and use of resolves (affirmations) and of breathing. Our learning will be from our experience which we shall share and explore.
Participants are requested to bring their own mat and to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
The facilitator is Marcus Wilson, who is qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has thirty years teaching experience.
