An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Early evening drop-in meditation session lasting 50 minutes, aimed at people who may already have some experience of meditation, though beginners also welcome.
Each session will comprise a brief introduction and two periods of meditation with a short pause in between.
No need to book, but please arrive in good time. Payment by donation.
