Drop-in Meditation Class

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Wednesday and Saturday, repeating indefinitely
A one hour drop-in meditation class led by one of our Just Meditation trainers, incorporating a brief introduction, two periods of guided silent meditation, and opportunity for sharing and reflections. These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. No need to book – just turn up in good time – suggested voluntary donation £3-5, or whatever you feel comfortable giving.
