Just Meditation exists to help you learn and practise mindfulness, meditation and related disciplines through the provision of drop-in classes, courses, workshops and training.
Six Week Courses
Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation
Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience who might want to refresh their practice. Sessions will cover practical and theoretical aspects, with plenty of time spent actually doing it!
When: Mondays, 6.30-8pm, 23 October–27 November 2017
Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation
A six-week course exploring yoga posture through meditation and relaxation. Each session will comprise a series of gentle yoga postures, breathing and meditation.
When: Thursdays, 7 Sep-12 Oct, 11am–12.15pm

A bi-monthly inter-disciplinary research seminar series aimed particularly at all those with a professional interest in any aspect of mindfulness, meditation and related practices (though all are welcome).

Weekly Drop-in Classes
There is no need to book for any of our drop-in classes – just turn up in good time – payment by donation.
Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11am
The standard drop-in meditation session, lasting 60 mins, suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. Sessions comprise a brief introduction, two periods of silent meditation, and opportunities for sharing and reflections.
Early Evening Sessions
Tuesdays at 6pm
Early evening drop-in meditation session, lasting 50 mins, most suitable for people who may already have some experience of meditation, though beginners are always welcome. Sessions comprise two periods of silent meditation, with a short pause in between.
