What We Do

Just Meditation exists to help you learn and practise mindfulness, meditation and related disciplines through the provision of drop-in classes, courses, workshops and training.

Courses and Workshops

We run a variety of four and six week courses at different times throughout the year, as well as regular Saturday Afternoon Workshops on a wide range of topics related to mindfulness and meditation: the perfect way to deepen your understanding and practice. Courses include:

Six week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Course suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience who might want to refresh their practice.

Four week Beyond Mindfulness Course suitable for those who may have some experience of meditation but would like to explore it further.

Six week Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation Course exploring yoga posture through meditation and relaxation.
